You butter both sides and fry one side and then spread peanut butter and bananas on that to make the inside. Then fry the outside. Super Gourmet his said is making the peanut butter spread with peanut butter and honey and chocolate chips. I was pregant with John at the time during that hospital converstion in Galveston and promptly went home and made myself one. Talk about delectable!
